Drake’s $1.5 million wager on Argentina to win the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final in regulation came up short after the match remained deadlocked at the end of 90 minutes.
Since the bet required Argentina to secure the victory before extra time, it was officially lost once regulation ended level. Spain then went on to lift the World Cup trophy with a 1-0 victory in extra time.
